Abstract Submission

Note, that it is not possible to register for the conference as an author after the abstract submission deadline.

Paper Submission

The accepted manuscript can be replaced (minor revision) until the deadline.

Technical Programme Committee will care about plagiarism and self-plagiarism.

At least one of the authors of each paper must register as "a presenting author". Each participant is allowed to register no more than two papers in their name.

Visa Information

Citizens of EU and most other countries require a valid entry visa for Russia. Note, that obtaining a visa may take some time. For detailed information, please contact the Consulate of Embassy of your country of residence.

We strongly recommend those participants who need a visa to write a letter of request to their hotel in order to obtain an invitation for a Tourist Visa.
